4 days Serengeti holiday and Ngorongoro Crater tour itinerary

Day 1: From Moshi or Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater

On the first day of our 4 days Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, in the morning. You will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, and after registration, you will descend to the crater floor. You will do a full day of game drives on the floor and have a picnic lunch at the Hippo poolside picnic site. Following lunch, you will go on game drives on the crater floor in search of elephants, lions, rhinos, buffaloes, impalas, gerenuks, zebras, and other animals. Later in the afternoon, you will drive up the Crater Rim for an overnight stay and dinner.

Day 2: From Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast at your lodge, you will depart for Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti is full of animals all year, but it is the migration herds that take many visitors by surprise. Resident animals include buffaloes, lions, baboons, elephants, cheetahs, zebras, and so many bird species. Overnight and dinner will be at Serengeti Serena area.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park full day game drive

On this day, wake up for Serengeti full day of game drives with a picnic lunch taken at one of the designated sites. Also, you can do an early morning game drive in the Serengeti, go back to the lodge or tented camp for breakfast, then relax until the afternoon. You can then go for a sunset game drive in the plains. Serengeti Serena area is where you'll spend the night.

Day 4: From Serengeti to Arusha

On the last day of our 4 days safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro, check out at the lodge and start exiting the Serengeti by crossing the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, then exit the Ngorongoro toward Arusha.
